Environment

Terrazza is audited by an external and independent consultancy GBCe (Green Building Council), initially obtaining four Green Seal leaves. This seal of approval is awarded to sustainable buildings that also take social and economic aspects into account in their construction processes.
The management of construction waste is managed by the external consultant Cocircular VALORIZA, which verifies that the companies comply with the requirements during the execution of the works and in the finished building.
In the construction of this villa, 100% natural materials from km 0 have been used.
